This is our 3rd time at this cactus farm and our last. The manager there on 28 June was rude and kept giving us attitude about cactus that were not for sale. We honestly did not know. With an open nursery - it was bound to happen. In addition, they raised the price by almost $90 on a cactus after they already quoted us a price. It was just bad business. A sign on the door states customers are King - is a joke. We left there feeling taken advantage of and steaming at the way we were treated. We spent over $600 there and would not make the trip again. Unprofessional and definitely not customer friendly.

It’s a nice big place to visit, they have lots of cactus and succulents, prices are fair, the process of purchasing is interesting, they give you a map and a ruler. To me, definitely worth it.

Huge selection and variety of cacti and succulents spread over 20 numbered sections within multiple large greenhouses. Plants appear healthy and the prices are fair. A must-visit for anyone who enjoys growing these amazing plants :) Would recommend heading in early to give yourself plenty of time to explore, and to avoid the hottest times of the day.

I visited today. There's parking and clear directions, place is super organized and staff is so friendly. They give you a map, a list of prices and even has a ruler to check the size of the pot (pricing according to pot size) and also give you shopping baskets. They have clear instructions as to where you can go and what every marking and sign means. Place is comfortable to get around. They discussed the amount due before charging me. Florida Cactus Inc has an insane variety of cacti and just about every size. Prices are incredible also. Plants are healthy and looking great. I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. The experience overall was amazing and I would definitely visit again soon.
