Yes, you can certainly visit while it's raining. The nurseries are covered but you may want to bring an umbrella for when you go in and out of the nurseries in case it's raining. For the most part we just run in and out of the nurseries and don't get too wet unless it's really pouring. Open from 7am to 4:30pm.
