Would leave zero stars if I could. This store’s hours are clearly inaccurate considering I sat outside for nearly an hour waiting for an employee to show up. They’re customer service is seriously lacking as the employee couldn’t care less that the store was opened an hour late and customers were waiting outside.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They were supposed to open at 10 am and I had a pick up order before I went on vacation. I sat outside of their store from 10 to 10:40 and nobody came to the door. This made me late for my flight and now I don’t have any sneakers for my trip and I will have to walk around in my ugly running shoes and all of my photos will be ruined because of famous footwear. Famous footwear you will Rue the day that you crossed me .

Great shoes, great prices, great staff. What more can you say? I'm not a retail shopper but a couple years ago the staff really helped me dial in a comfortable work shoe AND inserts. My feet have been very happy the last couple years so when it was time to replace it was a no brainer. Once again, pleasant helpful staff, and I like keeping the $$ in the community and not Bezos' pocket.

I love the customer service, they make sure you get all the deals & discounts, there is a wide variety of shoes, & if they don't have your size they will offer to order it. Love this store!
