Spoke to the Operator...she is not aware of.. she is asking to ask for Personnel HR during business hours....they can tell it seems. Age is 18 years old minimum it seems. So you are good on that end. Hope it helps
Apply and be honest. They shouldn't hold something from someone's juvenile past against them. Unless of course you robbed the Wal-Mart.
It depends what the felony is for but generally their policy is against it. They appreciate when people are honest about their situation in their applications and if granted the interview, you have a chance to at least explain. I know of people who have felonies and have been hired for places a bit more discreet and more strict than Wal-Mart. Good luck!!
