They told me they were 5 hours behind a couple weeks ago and it wasn't ready for pickup until the next day. Then it happened again last week too, so I'm just going to expect them to be a day behind now. I guess they're just shorthanded, but it sucks. Also my husband had to wait 40 mins for a pickup order after he parked. It's really bad service, but at least the associate didn't throw the groceries into the vehicle this time. Oooh yeah, now I remember an associate telling me that it was probably because of school starting that they're getting backed up with a lot more orders than usual.
I wish I could give you a better answer, and even though I do shop there a lot, I simply don't know much about that side of their business. Sorry.
They're open. But have been backed up for 2 weeks. It's a joke. I've canceled multiple orders and canceled my membership. Your better off going on the app and clicking contact us and choosing the messaging service.
