Depends on how long its suspended. Typically if it's a lengthy suspension, they can get a non driver for Identification ($10). Once she reinstates, she will have to turn in non driver because you can't hold 2 IDs.
Okay what if it's suspended do I need to get a whole new non drivers license picture I'd ? & How much does that cost me & I am asking for my Daughter because she is at work right now & cannot use her phone there
