I lost my licence seventeen years ago for DUI. Are the steps the same now to get it back? Is there a statute of limitations?

You have to do what happens when you get a DUI now it doesn't matter how long ago it was you have to go to their program then they will probably tell you that you need more work meaning treatment then interlock and sr-22 I've spent close to 2,000 so far. The interlock is 90 a month then you have to get sr22 that's more money and pay reinstatement fees for your license and registration ..

From what I have been told by the prosecutor in Antrim, NH, it does not matter how long ago you lost it, you have to follow the same steps, which is what I'm going through right now. I am halfway through and have already spent $275. I am looking at at least another 200 - 400 dollars, maybe more.
