Call the store and ask before going
Margaret, if it's a sewing machine (no embroidery) we recommend you bring it in with a general sewing foot (attached), bobbin, power cord, and foot pedal. If it's an embroidery machine we recommend that you bring in the embroidery arm and embroidery foot. If you are having a problem with a specific foot we recommend you bring that in as well and a sample of what is happening.
I recomend to call store to the service department and explain them the problem they will tell you what to being.
