Keep in mind that the warranties that Home Depot sells is through a different company. I would call Home Depot and explain what happened and see if they can provide you with someone whom you could speak with about the problem you are having. If you do not get a satisfactory answer I would call the warranty company back again and let them know the person they sent to fix your washer was unable to take it apart to fix it. That you need someone experienced with your make and model washer. Good luck.
I don't really understand your problem, but if whoever you talked to did not give you a satisfactory response why they wouldn't even come out to look at it, or try to fix it, you could call someone farther up the corporate chain to explain your problem. Just make sure you are talking to the person in a way that explains your problem and you need their help rather than sounding angry at them because whoever you talked to before wouldn't help you.
