Great selection, easy to find most things. Unfortunately they're suffering like other companies and can't get help. I worked there for a bit (until I injured my leg outside there) and can tell you floor employees are swamped. The store manager really does not care at all about employees, I tried to see him when I had to quit just to say thanks, just to have him point to one of his assistant managers, say "deal with him" then point at me. Rude as hell and helps explain why they can't keep good people.

I have been here a few times. The sales people in garden dept. and in pick up are fantastic! They go out of their way to help you with your items. I'm sure the rest of the store personnel are just as helpful. I just happened to buy from the garden dept the past 2 years. The ease in getting around the store is great, very clean and I love their plants. I have bought in store and tried the online pick up. The pick up personnel are so courteous. And yes I would buy from again and again.

My husband and I had the pleasure of Crystal assisting us in finding the products we needed to purchase. She knew exactly where the products were and was very familiar with the products. Needless to say, she was very helpful and went above and beyond what most clerks do. Lowes is one of the best as to how their employees are trained and perform. KUDOS TO CRYSTAL!!

When you visit this store, you must say hello to Sharon in special orders. She is a great people person and Great at resolving home improvement dilemmas. She never points out an isle, she takes you to the product directly. .
