Great customer service. Self serve key maker was down, but I was able to easily find an associate (on a very busy Saturday) to make some copies. Took less than a minute for him to cut 2 keys!

Staff is always helpful and kind. 95% of the time they got what you need for your day to day projects or latest repairs. Get in and get out with everything you need quick like and never waste too much time shopping when you could be working on that project, repair or job.

They are nice but not good at curbside pickup. I have used this option twice now and both times checked in online before leaving for the store. After I arrived I checked in with my parking space number. Both times I have had to call the store to let them know I’m here. The first time was in the middle of the afternoon so I gave them an hour before calling seeing as they were busy. The second time was early in the morning when they weren’t busy so I called after half an hour. In each case, they weren’t aware that I was there despite the check in. If they could fix this glitch it would be perfect.

One would believe that they would, I know they have certain tasks that their contractors aren't allowed to do, where refrigerators are installed. That info is online .
Lowe's is very cool close by and it's not really overcrowded plenty plenty of moving around room
Employees wear masks. They ask customers to wear a mask but do not enforce it.
I searched online and it appears that they don't carry that particular brand (HDX). However Home Depot does.
I would call Lowes and ask for a manager and see how they can help you.

Installation is extra but not alot
I was there recently but didn't get a good look at the garden selection but I would recommend calling there and asked to be transferred to that department. The staff there is friendly and helpful.

Since they do not sell food or anything like that, there is really no reason to not allow dogs. They should, however, be leashed. An unleashed dog just shows an irresponsible owner. Unless they are a service dog and they cannot be leashed to perform their duties. I see nothing wrong with dogs in lowes

Lowe's to carry the ponds if you do want to put them outside my suggestion which I've seen over the years in my Roofing career that people put basically chicken wire over top of the koi pond and of course leave one spot fix it to where you can open it to feed while actually don't even really opened it feed but in case you wanted to add another Coy leave a place where you can open it to get them in and that'll solve the bird problem
