Do they have turtle pools?

Lowe's to carry the ponds if you do want to put them outside my suggestion which I've seen over the years in my Roofing career that people put basically chicken wire over top of the koi pond and of course leave one spot fix it to where you can open it to feed while actually don't even really opened it feed but in case you wanted to add another Coy leave a place where you can open it to get them in and that'll solve the bird problem

Most Lowes carry small plastic in-ground ponds for Koi. Turtles could go in (sliders or cooters) but only large adults with modifications. My advice would be keep them indoors. You can regulate water, temperature & light plus birds won't get them
