I feel awful the way I was treated in this place! I’m new to Ocala FL and I’m the head of household of a family of 3. I’m disabled and support my home with very little. One of my kitchen drawers broke apart and I needed the side rails to mount it back together! Unfortunately no other hardware store carry them because it’s an old model. The gentleman at this particular store “Ron” sold me some parts very similar to the ones I needed and told me they would work. Of course my naiveness ti what it takes to repair my kitchen drawer I bought them! The first ones I bought on 8/13/18 for about $13.78 were not a fit they were too long. (I brong the original drawer rails with me and presented it to Him) ( He measured it in front of me and sold me the rails) Then I came back two days later with the ones I bought and the old ones on 8/15/18 to show him that he sold me the wrong ones. Once again He measured them and got me another pair of rails shorter and also added some adapters to it and told me I shouldn’t have a problem. I ask him if I couldn’t get it to work if I can bring the drawer and the rails so he can help me put them and He said yes!!! So today 8/17/18 I return with the drawer and the rails because the second pair with the adapters are too short and I wanted him to see what I needed! I forgot my two receipts but been that it has all happened in a matter of one week he remember and He considered to give me a “refund “ anyways!. To my surprise He was not able to help me, He said that I would need to have a new drawer built and after spending $16.99 total my refund was only $10.54!!!! The other $6.49 He kept for “re-stocking fee and “transaction fees “ Horrible!!! It’s unfortunate that a local business would be this way and would steal from their customers! I feel like I was taken advantage of instead of being helped!

I have just bought my 5th set of cabinets from Ron at Kellys, he was very helpful and saved my company a lot of $$, I am a local Remodeler and will buy all my cabinet needs from Ron at Kellys. These cabinets have upgrades that I used to have to pay more for (soft close slides and plywood boxes).
