The associate Mylo in appliances has been so patient I have been placing my order over the time of 2 weeks she given me good advice and very helpful. I am so grateful, home Depot you have a great employee in her I hope you as a company reciprocates her efforts.

Went to customer service to be checked out. And Michelle was very rude and arrogant with not only myself but another customer. David (sweet man) was helping me and needed assistance. So instead of Michelle helping him. She helped out 5 other customers behind me as I watched them all being helped and leaving. As I’m still waiting. Michelle continues to ignore that David needs help and starts stocking. SMH. Very bad customer service skill for Michelle. She needs training and customer service skills. David did great.

My husband shops here. Seems they're short staffed. You're on your own. The staff once you get help are friendly. But loading etc you're on your own.

This is the best Home Depot I have been to ever, hands down. Customer service is amazing! I continue to find the most knowledgeable employees who actually help and know there stuff. My last visit Ronald helped with plumbing and I must say top notch service and super valuable information and knowledge. Without fail I have left fully impressed on every visit. The employees on different occasions not only help you but they also make sure you understand, they go out of there way to make sure you get the right item for your need. Amazing staff 👏🏻

Good attention and good tool k is found
This is google. You may want to pose your question to Home Depot directly.
If they don't big pines ( in the forest) or ace hardware does. And they are both very happy to help.
Online is best..
I think they are overwhelmed. CSR are not sure of products and not sure of answers. I think it is a very difficult and different time we are currently experiencing online and in retail. Maybe patience is being taught to customers, workers, and retailers all at the same time.
That's an option
If you can return it but if the money you have to return is a lot, they give you a store credit
They will get a certified contractor that they deal with to install it
No home depot doesn't give anything off if you use their credit card
Yes
Order it online, they don't have it in the store
Go to the building Dept. and ask someone there for a contractor that works through Home Depot.
Keep in mind that the warranties that Home Depot sells is through a different company. I would call Home Depot and explain what happened and see if they can provide you with someone whom you could speak with about the problem you are having. If you do not get a satisfactory answer I would call the warranty company back again and let them know the person they sent to fix your washer was unable to take it apart to fix it. That you need someone experienced with your make and model washer. Good luck.
You may need to search online as I have not seen them sold locally.
I'm not sure but you can check their website.
You can find correct answers by going to https://www.homedepot.com/
About $16 but they are smaller, so if you have something that will be hard to cut you'll be paying anywhere from $20-40
Not sure call store
