I am not 100% sure but I can picture it's level to the street where they board the boats and the doc is very level I would assume that is handicap accessibility to those boats
I work at sunshine scenic tours on the dolphin boat and pirate ship. We have had and do accommodate people with wheelchairs and disabilities on board our vessels. In my two months there we push the gang plank ramp right up to the ship depending on tide, and board handicapped persons first and offer a hand if they need to! I've had the pleasure of having several lovely folks with mobility devices/impairments on board when I went out on my tours. Zero issues. Super great company to work for and super accommodating!
