No they do not. An excellent restaurant close by is Linger Lodge or the have a small grill style cafe on premises
No they do not have kitchens. They do have a grill and picnic area. Showers and restrooms for cabin guests in a separate building. The cabins are just sleep in. And I do believe they may have a small mini fridge.
