The product looks amazing and the rep explained the product in detail and brought samples to see. I felt very pressured as the lower price was only good on the spot. The rep also blasted competition. He also put down his parent company, PGT. I talked with references of the company I did select and they had the same experience with NewSouth Windows with a different rep. I'd recommend management encourage a more professional approach and stop the hard sell. Pricing on the high side compared to others.

We are pleased with the product, and the installation was fine, HOWEVER, delivery time was estimated to be 11 to 15 weeks. 12 of 13 windows were delivered at 26 weeks. The 13th window was delivered at 38 weeks. Two sets of French doors were promised. When first delivered, (at 36 weeks) the doors were not the correct size. Everyone blamed everyone. We were then told the doors would be delivered and installed at the 44 week mark. Again the doors were the wrong size. Unbelievable! Finally, after 13 + months, the doors were finally delivered and installed. During this ordeal, I could not get anyone to call me back or communicate with me. When I called the local office, the young lady answering was extremely discourteous and condescending, and was of no assistance. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company. I have no issue with the product, but the customer service is terrible! Mike Mayer

The guy that put our hurricane windows in, kind in letting us know what they were doing than after install went through every information we needed to know. They clean their mess. The window have made a big change in my electric bill. They keep the room cool, before their window we could not sit in the front room it was so hot. The Windows are the best and the sale person was kind, did not force us to buy, also explains how we could make payment and reasonable payment. The hold company is all way there dif u need anything. I would recommend New South Window to everyone that want hurricane window. Oh, by the way they clean all the window on the outside and when the person come back after inspection and finish the window he wash the inside window, made me feel good I did not have to clean my window or mess.

NewSouth Windows Sarasota replaced half of the original windows on my 72 year old house. The entire process was flawlessly executed. From the salesman, Alan, to the installers. Everyone, including the office staff, was professional, easy to contact, and super nice. The windows are beautiful, I no longer hear street noise or feel a draft. I feel safe and secure knowing no one or nothing can come through these windows. The electric bill also decreased a good deal now that I am not air conditioning the neighborhood. I am so happy with their service and their product that I just had Jon come out to give me a price to finish the house (14 more windows). I will eventually use them to replace the doors.
