As far as pet adoptions, P.A.W.S. used to provide this service through a program they had set up with Pet Smart. However, they don't have this program anymore. I highly recommend you call P.A.W.S. to inquire about possible pet adoptions that they may be able to assist or advise you with. It's an excellent organization with a super helpful and friendly staff that try to help as much as possible with these matters. I'm very happy that they're around to provide help to stray and/or feral cats.
Not routinely but they do in certain situations.
