They do have a vet , when my dog was very sick,the vet came in on his day off to do emergency surgery on her, I recommend this place to everyone.
They do spay and neuter. And they must have vet because my female cat when i took her in to get her fixed shr had some type of infection and they had to do small surgery in order to complete the spay. She was taken care of extremely well and had no problems recovering.
They do have a vet. But i don't know for sure what type of services they offer. I do know if your pet is from a pet store or a breeder they will not take your animal.
