Is there typically more availability during the winter months? Also what are the weekly rates? ( If you don't know please don't answer, thank you)

It is a RV park people live there for years ,,, others work and stay there for months or days,,, weeks,, they have a office on property and laundry ,,showers sells smokes and little groceries munchies it's pretty cool barr lake is just south of the park 2 min away,,, not sure what the weekly rates are but monthly is about 560
