Quiet and clean. We took our dogs and they weren't disturbed once. Relatively close to Denver. Make sure to hike the refuge wilderness area 15 minutes away. Although, I was never able to find the lake

Awesome place. The manager Kathy is extremely friendly. She's always taking care of the landscape putting in flowers. Very kid friendly. Ed the maintenance person is very friendly and willing to help if there's a problem. Over all great place to stay stopping close by and right off of the highway.
RV Skirting
Great place! Have stayed here on occasion and a great place to get your RV skirted. Clean bathrooms, friendly manager and a nice kids play area and lots of room to walk dogs. Lots of room for extra parking and more. The RV’s will be warm this winter. #SkirtyCurt

If you want to pay more to park your RV than you do for a house, this is a great place.
Call Monday, Wednesday or Friday 930 am to 6 pm. Saturday 10am to 4pm. This is the new days someone is available.
It is a RV park people live there for years ,,, others work and stay there for months or days,,, weeks,, they have a office on property and laundry ,,showers sells smokes and little groceries munchies it's pretty cool barr lake is just south of the park 2 min away,,, not sure what the weekly rates are but monthly is about 560
Call the office. It's all booked up for awhile so no gaurantee that a spot will be available if you just show uo.
Yes there is an office it is closed Sunday ,Tuesday, and Thursday

Less than 20 minutes
$10 and some change. The dump is always open and if it's during non hours you just put the money in the outside box at the office.
