So I must say, I arrived here after a 15 hour drive from the depths of Texas and the first faces I saw were that of Consuela (Claudia) and Monica and it was one of the warmest welcomes I've been lucky enough to receive at any hotel. Moving along with my stay here I've had very favorable and friendly interactions with Bella, Bri, Rubi and Tammy at the front desk and if upper management actually reads this, they all need a raise. I'm here for a couple of months thanks to the company I work for and I have felt at home since the moment I walked through the front door thanks to these wonderful women y'all have helping us out from the nerve center of the front desk. I look forward to the rest of my time here knowing that I'm in good hands.

After a stressful school semester, I wanted a budget vacation to see the wildlife sanctuary while having a comfortable stay. This was the place. From a wonderful pool and hot tub to great breakfasts, I always felt welcomed and at home. The workers were always so kind and asked any questions I had. If I ever come by to this area again, I plan to stay here again. I also plan to stay at comfort inns for their budget value yet comfortable stays for future vacations.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable. The bed was incredible, not too firm not too soft! The breakfast was immaculate, pretty much anything you could want, huge selection. Nice showers! Great pool and hot tub!

Excellent Customer Service at the front desk, Rooms are very very clean. Loved the coffee variety inside the rooms, as a coffee lover, I was super excited to see that !!!!. I was given an upgrade because my room was overbooked somehow, but it worked out perfectly because they gave me 2 rooms connected..so I appreciated that since we were really tired coming from a Funeral......The only thing I would say is I wished they had complementary water bottles inside the room and perhaps think of changing the chorizo patties from the breakfast bar to sausage patties or bacon. The egg had no flavor and had water. I didn't see the cinnamon rolls either :(. I noticied while we were eating breakfast in the lounge people would get egg and Chorizo patties, but didn't finish it and would go back and get bread instead. Other than that it was a great stay. I would recommend and stay here again. Didn't get a chance to visit the pool.

Yes it is
Exit 21, Eagle Blvd is fastest. Take the first right west of I-76 into the JCPenney parking lot and go around the store, that will take you directly there. Exit 22, Bromley lane will also get you there, head west from I-76 on Bromley, turn south onto prairie center, and then east on medical center. Exit 22 has food and gas stations along the way, but exit 21 is faster. Up to you which is better.
