Since moving to Brighton, Godfather's Pizza has been our "go-to" for great pizza. We've never had any complaints until now. This past weekend, I ordered pizza for pick-up. When I walked in to pick it up, I saw it was ready-to-go, but there was a sign saying not to touch the pizzas. Multiple people walked right by me, but never spoke to me or made eye contact. They just ignored me. After several minutes, I confirmed payment on the receipt, picked up my pizzas & left. I can't say I'll ever be back. I don't patronize establishments with customer service this poor.

BAD just BAD!!! I cannot emphasize enough how terrible this place is. This place is run down for how new it is. Service is terrible, the staff is rude , it’s not the cleanest ever, the list goes on and on. They lost me at giving us dirty greasy silverware that was clearly not clean. They deserve zero stars in my opinion. Save yourself some money and go to Pizza Hut it’s way better by a long shot.

Drove door dash today and had a pickup at godfathers. Most GH/DD/PM folks say to decline this godfathers and I see why now. Walked in, asked if the order was ready; was met by a thoroughly unpleasant heavy-set orc with brown hair in double braids who was at the moment accosting another customer. As he walked off she rolled her eyes so hard I wondered if Godfathers employees have vision insurance... but I’m a lifer in retail; I get it, sometimes customers are just the worst. Any way, I ask about the pizza and she just shrugged. Awesome. A minute later she said it’ll be out in a minute. Then after a couple of other customers walked out on account of no one helping them, I asked again. Lady pointed at a pizza at the end of the salad bar. When I asked why she didn’t tell me that 5 minutes ago and saw I was upset, she WAVED HER HAND AT ME very rudely and said “talk to grub hub”. Like, Shrek, NO, I’m talking to YOU. My wife says “is that the kind of customer service you give here?” To which old Hazel says “oh don’t you talk to me about customer service, honey!!” Any way, I am certain she’s got some vendetta towards drivers, maybe we took er jobs or something, but she is vehemently anti-grub hub. No worries though I’m a dasher 😂 All joking aside this lady has no business in a customer facing position, and needs to be dealt with. I’d like to say I’ll give the store another try (I DO like GF Pizza) but I’ll be declining every door dash order and asking door dash to reevaluate the restaurant and de-platform this store. I’ll also be talking to the dashers I know in Brighton and telling them to avoid it. Not worth the hassle. And I’ll not be eating there, ever. But that’s more because I’m certain the old bridge troll hasn’t showered and she sweat into every pizza we saw her handle. Be nicer.

I've always loved Godfather's Pizza having grown up with them before they closed their Colorado locations. Since they opened a select few the Godfather's in Brighton has the Original Combo pizza closest to the original! I was thrilled that my sons took me with them to have dinner! It was outstanding just like old times!
