In my experience. When my mother was in pacific grove. During visiting hours we was able to go in the back to the visiting area to spend time with her and when we took our kids to see her they gave us a office to visit with her
We encourage productive interactions with loved ones during treatment. Visiting hours are available for each of our programs, but do vary. Loved ones can also take part in family therapy and related support services. We provide daily mail service for all in our care. For more details, please call us at your convenience.
I’ve been trying to call ever since my son was taken there from ETS!! Why doesn’t anyone answer the phone???? It’s extremely frustrating since I’m an hours drive away this time and I can’t just come over there!!
