Some info provided is INCORRECT. You mention that you are retired. As such, the USO is open to you from 4am to 10pm. There is no limit on the amount of time you stay there during those hours. Be advised that while the USO is open 24/7, those hours are for active duty only. Having said that, occasionally the person at the desk will admit a retiree after hours. If they do, it is a pure kindness or an action from ignorance. As retirees, we are not entitled to such accommodations.
Yes you may prior to entering through security. They sometimes are inundated with young Marine recruits and/or newly graduated Devil Dogs. It's a new facility still in the center of all the gates.

Absolutely! 24 hours. Snacks and food gratis. Nice volunteers staff the place. You must have retired ID card. They have a chart of ID cards that are authorized patrons. Aim High and good luck. I left my bags there for about 10 hours while we went into the city during layover without incident. Hope this helps.
Yes place open 24/7 with areas to relax and even showers if you need to freshen up. Must have military ID to access and you can bring in a guest too with their DL or picture ID
