They are closed between 10:30 am and 2 pm. Perhaps that is when you called.
They don't make appointments. You drive up to the rear parking lot. They have a large banner with check in instructions. They will send someone out to get your pet when your turn comes up. My advice is arrive prior to 8 am and call in to check in.
