There is a road and sidewalks, but the trail proper is all dirt and rock. It would not be smooth ride on the stroller...
It's all hillside with small dirt trails -- typical of a nature preserve. The Korean bell has parking and paved paths and dirt trails in the area.
A small part of it is. But most of the trails are not stroller friendly
