By far the best eye checkup I’ve ever received and I’ve had nearsighted issues for more than 20 years. First of all, you will find no better eye doctor than Dr. Ung. She was extremely professional, personable, and very thorough with her testing. This is far better than the services you’d receive at Costco and Lens Crafters. She pointed out several mistakes that those optometrists made (the lenses were far too strong for my vision disability and they didn’t adjust well enough for my astigmatism) It feels so nice to see clearly again. I went to a theatrical stage the other day and my contact lenses were sharp and clear. I had no issues even though my eyes were rolling back ever so slightly due to the height of the stage. Perfect diagnosis. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ever.

I went to pick up my new Bifocles and tried them on and told the rep that they where out of align. She measured them and said they where right on the money so I ask her what is it just me that see's one side is higher then the other. I ask her what I should just walk with my head tilted to one side. I took the glasses and bent the frame just a little and bingo they where even. She just said wow and started to give me my glasses when I ask her if I can have another cleaning cloth for my glasses she has the nerve to tell me only one per customer after I spent 239 dollars on glasses? I don't think I'm going back to this store!!!

This review is based on my second visit to pick up glasses. My first visit was definitely 5 star customer service! Long story short, they spent over 30 mins trying to figure out my insurance situation and after not being able to figure it out , they suggested i call and when I come back to pick up, if I'm covered I'd be reimbursed, 0 attitude..literally a week later here I am picking up my glasses and thankfully was able to get my insurance resolved during the week but when i explained my situation to the staff(totally different staff than last week) there was total and complete attitude by one of them not only to me but to her own coworker. I try to never write bad reviews but this was horrible. I felt like I was such a bother and was embarrassed for the other worker... I walked out upset and thinking I'll come back when the lady who helped me the first time was here. No way I will walk in again if i see the same worker is working that day. So upset!!! Literally zero patience ...

The optometrist is outstanding. I had problems with my previous doctor and she took over with professionalism and a sincere sense of care. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I couldn't believe they covered the cost of new lenses when my vision changed. I have referred them to all of my friends.

Yes, it can be made on line
Yes if you have a current prescription any optometrist can order lenses for you. As for replacing the lenses I your current frames depends on the new prescription an if there are any major changes. Can even do it online .
