We just moved to this neighborhood and we are super glad we found this clinic. The vet took care of my dog in an absolute nice way. She answered all my concerns and questions. The technician was super nice and friendly and walked me through my dog’s treatment procedure. The front desk staff are nice as well and treated my dog very well! There are many parking spaces outside. Highly recommended! I will take my cat here as well!

My dog was experiencing internal pain so I called the vet and receptionist said to bring her in so the doctor can examine her in between appointments. She was there for 7 hours and was told it was a pancreatitis. They provided medication and we were able to pick her up at 4pm. An hour and a half later, my dog was making noises from the mouth as if she was trying to commit but nothing came out. Then she began drooling. We called the vet at 5:50 pm explain the situation and was told to hold tight and if it got worse, take her to access. Later on in the evening her symptoms got worse. We took her to Long Beach emergency. They took an X-ray and turned out she had pneumonia. She passed away an hour later. This veterinarian Dr Kranz hospital misdiagnosed my dog and now my family and I are very devastated for our loss. We will never bring my other (2) dogs back to this vet. If your dog experiences any severe symptoms, I recommend taking them straight to access or any emergency veterinarian. So they can do a proper examination. And try your best to speak to a veterinarian first, instead of a receptionist about your dogs symptoms. I do not want this to happen to anyone else.

I really like this clinic. The staff are very friendly, and the doctor treated my dog with great care. She answered all my questions and concerns. She will definitely be my dog’s vet.

I’ve been taking my Bailey to Animal Hospital of South Bay Rolling Hills for over 10 years. He was recently diagnosed with nasal carcinoma as is being treated with palliative care. The staff and doctors are the most professional, compassionate and caring I have ever encountered. Dr Justine Walker is 1 in a million! I highly recommend taking your fur babies here❤️🐶❤️
