I believe, park is sunrise to sundown. Technically, you can find street parking (the official lot they want you to use will be closed) and go for it, but it would be REALLY dark and challenging. I finished one hike around 9PM and the last mile down hill, next to the cliff on the rolling sand/rocks surface wasnt pretty. There are ups and downs along the canyon (and it's not a flat walk but a moderatly strenuous hike) so I really wouldn't recommend it - the going will be hard in complete darkness to the accompaniment of coyote howls. Yes you can. Its street parking and you enter through the gate just to the right of the road gates.
It will be dark. I havent seen signs restricting access after dark.
i never seen i sign that say no hiking at night but it very dark . and the community center closes i thnk at 5
