Some really awful neighbors. Went to visit a friend still living at the apartment complex and saw bunch of kids run out of the lobby with a bunch of Amazon and Target packages and into their SUV. The front door was jammed open with a branch. BTW - to the managers, I USED TO LIVE THERE. BUT YOU WOULDN'T ENFORCE SECURITY OR INSTALL CAMERAS IN PUBLIC AREAS AND NON-RESIDENTS WALKED INTO THE PARKING LOTS AND BUILDINGS AND STOLE PACKAGES.

Missing Packages and Missing Packages ... I moved in on September-05-2021 of this apartment (28124). I’ve had 4 missing packages so far (in just 3 months!): - End of September, my Columbia coat and skirt were taken by someone. - October, my packages from JCrew and Madewell were missing. - Two days ago, my Target package was unboxed by someone. Today, we found the empty box at the corner of the stairs to the garage. Only the residence has access! I contacted USPS, UPS and Fedex. They couldn’t find anything suspicious. From the apartments’ side, it seems that there is no plan to install camera in the lobby. The only advice is to request signature for every shipment. Be careful if you live here or plan to move in. This issue really borders me!

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.
