After you register as a patient, you can walk in and wait for someone to not show up. If you need to be seen quickly the faster option is an emergency room.

If you really need to see a doctor very quickly/badly your best bet would be the emergency room at a hospital. Maybe try a homeless place such as loaves and fishes or Mary's House.
