We had a terrible rental experience.! They only had old dirty vans. Ours had 130,000 miles, had terrible gas fumes, air didn't work, one of the seat belts broken, and ripped seats. They said that they did not have any vans in better condition. Don't get fooled like we did by the picture of new vans on their website! There was not one new van on their lot!
