To return the car at 6 pm Arrived around 5 o'clock, I called 10 times for 30 minutes, but I couldn't connect and didn't receive it. I was in a difficult call for 30 minutes, but I couldn't come anywhere else, so I parked my car in the underground parking lot and told me to leave the keys to the first floor security guard. Leave me I came up from an underground car park with an incredibly heavy trunk and told me to talk to the guard that I couldn't go down. The elephant car rental, which is completely sorry for no promises and without any countermeasures, is just one of the worst examples of LA Korean service. We also returned gasoline, which had only half of it, almost full, and this is the first and worst service without this kind of countermeasure. Compared to other companies, car rental is cheap and car condition is good. I spent 10 days without any problems. Your boss is very kind. Elephant rental car I really recommend
