How far off property are you from LAX. I need to rent a 15 passenger van, go back to LAX to meet a charter bus. What is the time frame from shuttle pick up, me getting the van and back to LAX?

I'd guess 3 or 4 miles. You ride the city bus to the first stop of off site rental cars then they pick you up from there. It took 20 minutes. Then I picked my family up.

I got an Uber because it is quicker. Took 7 minutes to get the Uber and get dropped off. I got the rental and drove back. Total time 20-25 minutes. I was leaving AVR right as my group texted they had gotten all the bags.

I would say it depends, the shuttle and drive back may only take 20-30 minutes but you may be stuck at the office even longer than that

I had a group of 14 people shuttle took us all to avr pick up from there we had to take 2 cargo vans to offices. Overall time from exiting airport to avr office 30-35 minutes

You can get a bus at the airport, the bus will drop you of a the car rental bus stop. The AVR shuttle van will pick you up and take you directly to the car rental office. A shuttle can take you back to the airport.
