It is impossible to get someone on the line. I need to know if there is outside baggage check in. Or if I can leave my rental car outside the front of the check in area long enough to check my bags in?

Both Terminal A and Terminal B have the ability to do curb side check in. Just depends if your particular airline has this option.

You can for some airlines you have to use curbside check in

There is an outside check-in. You will need to return the rental car back to the lot though. I'm pretty sure they won't trip about you having it there while you check-in
