Shuttles, so close it's not a factor. Check the website for parking lots.
Long term lot is fine, I'll use it next week...
There are a couple price options for long term parking (the garage and the lot) and they are serviced by a shuttle to the terminals. Distance isn't a factor. Check the Sac International website.
