Should vape pens brought on plane be carry on or undertow?

I have no idea about Vape pens but you better read.and find out TSA Vape flying rules. I understand taht navigating TSA's rules can be huge hassle when flying with your supplies.

You can fly with vape, I put my extra juice in check in luggage. You can bring lighters, cigarettes and vape w/ juice in tank in carry on items.

I think they treat them similar to the laptop. Since they have a battery they don't want it under the plane
