All donated blood or fluid is filltered before transplanted to another patient.
They will not accept you if they know you use marijuana. They don't test for it as far as I know (at least after you pass the initial physical). But I wouldn't recommend anyone attempt to get away with it so that they don't get banned, as well as for the benefit of those receiving the plasma.
