I WAS OPEN ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY AROUND 6 MONTH AGO I WAS REQUESTED MY REBATE CHECK 3 MONTHS AGO THEY NEVER SEND REBATE CHECK OWNER JR ALWAYS TELLS ME CHECKING MY ACCOUNT I STILL DON'T GOT ANY INFORMATION FROM THIS COMPANY AND REBATE CHECK

Worst customer service ever. Since we switched to Grand Natural our parking lot has had cooking oil overflow into it 4-5 times. Their solution... we'll put in another container. Doesn't matter since they don't come to empty either one of them when you put in a service request. Now we have two containers full and no place to put the used oil. If you own a restaurant we suggest you find another company that can handle a simple service request. You can't tell when the containers are full since they put a lock on the lid. Only when it is full and overflows do you know. We have even put in service requests a week or two in advance but if they don't show up it doesn't matter.

I've had multiple appointments missed and forgotten about. Every time I call in, I speak to someone different who has no idea how to deal with an issue. They are all just sent to "Eddie Flores" who never does anything. I have had an emergency and needed my grease trap cleaned for a few weeks now and nobody seems to take it seriously. I don't know if this company understands what the word Emergency is.. but this whole company is pathetic. I called in this morning to try and see when my cleaner would be showing up since they were already late, and I asked the worker if she could contact the driver.. she wasn't able to as she wasn't a part of the main team and they came in at 9.. if I had an appointment at 6am, why the hell wouldn't you be able to contact the driver until 9am?! Do your job and fire some workers Amber (prior account manager), and Eddie Flores, answer your fu**ing email man.

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.THEY ARE SCAMMERS. So I use there grease trap service and they are supposed to come ever 6 month to clean out my grease trap BUT they didn’t come and just charged me for it.. the funny thing is they sent me a picture of some other business and said they cleaned it. Lol the floor is different from my trap even the trap looks different... you know you got to be smart to scam people. Use your head and at least make the floor look the same or something.... the dark picture is what they sent me and bright picture is my grease trap
