Really enjoy the staff and how friendly they are. Thanh, Abby, and Lindsey are always friendly and make sure that everything goes smoothly. I really appreciate how helpful everyone is and supportive. I love the promotions and the availability as well as the helpfulness when appointments need to be changed. Great facility.

The many workers at this plasma donation center are always kind, helpful and in good spirits. I continue to donate because I am compensated with a donor fee and because the individuals who make this place run make the process smooth and easy. I will continue to donate here until there is a location even closer to me. Scheduling my appointments is easy using the online form. Highly recommend giving it a try if you’re not weird around needles. These workers listen to you and genuinely care. Thanh, both Alex’s, Lindsey, Jonathan, Loan, Miriam, and Nina have all made my experience here great. There must be others I’m missing.

The facility is clean and the staff is great, up front and in the back. Jessica & Miriam are always willing to help with any concerns or questions. Mikael and Abby are my favorite phlebotomists. Mikael always does the job smoothly and pain free! Abby is great too and always smiling. Alex (who is usually in the lab) is so friendly when he's out working on the floor and does a great job making you feel welcome. Thank you to such a great staff! I appreciate you.

Great facility and super friendly staff. I’ve been donating here for a few years now and am always welcomed with a smile. The process takes me about 1-1.5 hours from start to finish although sometimes a bit longer if they are busy. Compensation for your donation is great and there is always some kind of bonus that allows you to make even more each month.

First of all, make an appointment. The first donation will take about 4 hours or more. It's much quicker after the first time. You will need a photo I.D., a social security card and mail with A POSTMARK within the past 30 days. You'll have to answer many health questions and take a mini physical.
