I am surprised that you are unable to reach anyone at Spirit to help you. I have always had prompt response via phone and in person. If you are having trouble via phone, go to the shop. Talk to the folks at the counter, and they'll help.
You will have to contact them this is just a forum of customers opinion of service re received by them
