Sarah, we are sorry to hear that you are having issue. Our service department must be busy and that is why they are not answering the phones. You can always press 0 to talk to an operator and leave a message with them.
No idea why you should have that problem; they always answer when I call unless they are working with someone in front of them at the desk. Good relations means dealing with your present clients and letter phone calls differ to others in the building for assistance or messaging.
