The View Lounge is a public bar, ans a very popular one. Reservations recommended if you want a window view. But there are great 360 degree views regardless.
Nice view and if you want window view, reservation is recommended... the time was here (RwandaDay) i enjoyed the view... u should visit this place while in san Fransisco...
Public bar. Very popular. The day we were there was a Tues. they opened at 4:00 We went around 4:30 and it was filling up fast. Beautiful view and comfortable seating.
