Tagged along with my wife that was attending a conference here last month (July 2022). We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Rooms were clean, comfy and accommodating. Great views of the city from our room. Front desk personnel were very helpful. Housekeeping staff was nice and helpful. Security on deck at all times, who were also friendly in handling a grubhub order placed while visiting. I have no complaints about this establishment at all!

Our family had booked a room with 2 queen beds for this weekend. Unfortunately, we received a call informing us that the hotel had over booked and needed to put us in a king room instead. We were a little frustrated but they promised a roll in bed so we just had to deal with it, we didn’t want to deal with booking a new hotel. When we arrived, Beverly checked us in and provided us with an amazing king room with a stunning city view. Thank you Beverly and Hyatt!! Nice hotel, will definitely be returning here again.

Hyatt always delivers especially if you're doing the whole world of Hyatt credit card thing. Nice place. Restaurants were closed though. Bar closed at 10 but there's a great place across the street. I got upgraded to a corner suite and the view was amazing. Definitely will stay here again.

Beware of hotel theft!!!!!! My cousin is visiting from France. Upon arrival, their bags were loaded onto the bellman’s cart and their car was valeted. By the time the luggages arrived at their room, their one backpack with 2 laptops in it was missing. They went down to notify the receptionist immediately. My cousin asked the staff to check the camera at the front entrance to trace the backpack. The staff said the cameras were not working because the cameras were newly installed and takes around 3 days to work. That sounds fishy. My cousin then asks to check the camera inside the lobby. The staff said they will check. It’s been 2 days and they have not seen any footage of the backpack. Something smells fishy. There is an exact time when my cousin entered the facility. You just search the timestamp and date. The lobby and the front entrance is a public area! What do you mean the cameras are not working? Now they are saying they are not obligated to have cameras there? Clearly they are not taking necessary precautions to keep guests safe. Their backpacks were stolen!!! We are still waiting for the hotel staff to get back to us. This is mentally draining. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Your bags WILL BE STOLEN. Hotel staffs WILL NOT do anything.

There is valet parking, but like most hotels in downtown SF, valet costs an arm and a leg. There are public parking lots and street parking on the same street, but I recommend ride share for getting around downtown.
For reservations yes. Just look on their website
People under 21 are not allowed into a bar or to sit at the bar of a restaurant in California.
There's no buffet available at this time. But there's room service.
they weren't renovating this past week when I stayed there. I think they recently finished
Very close, a few blocks.
I do not know, really, but you can transport yourself with bikes or segway easily
Nope....Non of the above. Strictly business hotel....READ the Web site or CALL them to be sure
Unless you're coming in a camper or RV, big vehicles usually aren't overcharged and all vehicles are pretty secure
You can park in another parking garage right around the corner. It gives direct access to the hotel. We paid $35 per night. The hotel was beautiful
Yes there is an airport shuttle that is usually more expensive than catching an Uber.
