Yes, it does. If you go to Customer Service they will give you a pamphlet with all the Costcos in the world, and they note which ones have filling stations. I use mine all the time when travelling.
Costco Vacaville has a gas station. They recently added extra pumps going from 3 pumps per line to 4 pumps. There are 6 approximately lines to choose.
