Well here is an update to my own question. My husband purchased tires about 2 weeks ago and they came in and were installed last week. The tires had an instant $70 savings. The new savings book has the same tires with the same $70 savings plus a $60 store card when you purchase them with the CitiCard, which we had done. Costco said it's not their promotion, it's the credit cards and we needed to call them. So he called the credit card who said they pay from the receipt sent in to them from Costco. So guess they would rather put it off on each other, rather than take care of a customer who purchases all of their tires from them. Considering i have 8 cars a boat trailer and a utility trailer that adds up to alot of tires I buy from them. Guess i should have just returned them and then bought new ones, but to time consuming and difficult since i live an hour away from the nearest Costco.
Yes they should give you a difference.
Yes
