My recent experience at Costco was uncomfortable due to a lack of accessibility. It's impractical to wait for almost an hour for an accessible cart & there was no designated seating area available to be able to wait for one. Can this be changed?

They had seating around the food court prior to the pandemic. They've taken it out since. I think the key is they want you to get in and out and not loiter. I prefer the mountain view location for the way it is set up over the Sunnyvale one. I shop there enough so i know where the items i need are and can usually be done quickly. Sometimes the lines are long but if you avoid weekends or can go at off times it is a more pleasant experience

Ii think it's best to go early morning. Otherwise you probably need to wait

The best thing to do is go talk to person in charge, let them know you're uncomfortable for such a thing.
