Hi I'm coming to the point. My password wasn't acceptable and there telling me to reset and I ask why? I never wanted to changed it in the 1st.place after all I'v been using the same one.

Hahaha ok, you can just tap the I forgot my password to change your password and it'll direct you to a page, just follow the instructions and you'll open your device....
