You really cannot. Frames are designed for specific hub spacing. Fixies will not have enough spacing to accommodate a cassette.
No fixe rear hub is a completely different size than a 21 speed hub with rear cassette.
Can I make it a three gear bike with the fixie rear wheel and leaving the stock crank. really want those mag wheels
